Your Growth Plan is the execution roadmap that transforms your Chat Discovery and Impact Report insights into a structured, month-by-month strategy for reaching your growth goals. This article explains what your Growth Plan includes and how to navigate it.

The Growth Plan is your personalized execution roadmap. It converts the insights from your Chat Discovery and Impact Report into a concrete strategy that shows your target growth path, monthly budgets, projected leads and clients, monthly revenue projections, and month-by-month tactical priorities.
Your Growth Plan is generated using a process that considers multiple data points. Discovery collects your business and economic inputs. The Impact Report evaluates your performance across all channels. Plan generation starts with your specific parameters. The system creates itemized plan items and budget data. Roadmap phases are generated with tactical priorities. Your plan is then ready for review and execution.
Your plan is customized based on your target number of new clients per month, your Impact Report results and specific channel opportunities, your average ticket price, purchase frequency, how long customers remain active, referral rate, lead close rate, and how effectively you respond to leads.
At the top of your Marketing Growth Plan, five headline figures summarize the full 12-month projection:
1st Year Revenue — the total projected revenue across the 12-month plan. The ROI percentage beneath it shows the projected return on your marketing investment.
1st Year Budget — the total projected marketing spend across the 12-month plan, including ad spend and service fees.
Lifetime Value — the projected value created by the plan over your modeled customer lifetime. The ROI percentage beneath it shows the lifetime return on investment.
1st Year Clients — the total number of new clients projected across the 12 months.
1st Year Leads — the total number of leads projected across the 12 months.
Each month in your Growth Plan is displayed as an expandable card. The card header shows the month number and title, a one-line summary of the strategic focus, and three figures: Revenue, Clients, and Leads projected for that month. As the plan progresses, Revenue shows a breakdown of new revenue and repeat business revenue separately.
Primary Focus — the main strategic priority for that month, telling you where efforts and resources are concentrated.

Tactical Objectives — the specific services active that month, each with a status label and a description of what is being done. Services that are not changing are listed together as "Continuing as planned."

Each service in your plan has a status label that describes its role during that month:
Launching - The service is being set up and activated

Scaling - The service is expanding its reach and impact

Performing - The service is operating at expected levels

Optimizing - The service is being refined for better results

Business Impact — a narrative describing how the month's activities are expected to affect your business and why they matter at that point in the plan.

Budget — shows the total spend for the month split into ad spend and fees, with a per-service breakdown showing which services are consuming budget and by how much.
