The Growth Plan is your 12-month revenue roadmap. It is built specifically for your business based on the goals, current marketing performance, and budget discussed during onboarding. The plan outlines exactly what the team will do each month, what results are projected, and how much it will cost — giving you a clear picture of the strategy and expected outcomes from day one.
The Growth Plan is accessible from the left navigation under Growth Plan. Inside, you will find:
Your monthly revenue goal and how the plan is designed to achieve it.
Projected figures including Yearly Revenue, Yearly Budget, Immediate ROI, Lifetime Value, and Lifetime ROI.
A month-by-month breakdown showing which services launch each month, the focus for that month, and projected revenue.
The budget breakdown per service for each month, including any one-time setup fees in Month 1.
The Growth Plan is a read-only reference document. Use it to understand what is being built each month, what the projected financial impact is, and how each service fits into the overall strategy. Execution is driven by completing the To-Dos — not by taking any action directly within the Growth Plan itself.
For a detailed breakdown of the marketing strategy behind the plan, refer to the dedicated Marketing Plan article.
The Growth Plan reflects the strategy the team designed based on your specific goals, market, and budget. If your goals or circumstances change, contact your account manager to discuss adjustments. The plan cannot be self-edited inside the Customer Hub.
Month 1 is the infrastructure and setup month. All core systems are being installed and configured. Revenue generation begins in Month 2 once the foundational services are live and paid traffic starts driving inbound leads.
Projections are calculated using the information you provided during onboarding — including your average ticket value, closing rate, and current lead volume — combined with performance benchmarks. They represent estimated potential based on the plan executing as designed.
