The Marketing Gap Analysis is the diagnostic section of the Customer Hub. It evaluates your current marketing performance across all major digital channels and compares it against optimized benchmarks to identify where the biggest growth opportunities exist. Each channel receives a score from 0 to 100, along with a projected monthly impact if the gap is addressed.
The Analysis is accessible from the Analysis sub-item under Growth Plan in the left navigation.
The Gap Analysis organizes every channel into three categories:
Conversion — how effectively your existing digital presence turns visitors into leads or customers. Improving these areas increases ROI without requiring additional traffic. Includes: Website Conversion, Website Accessibility, and Reviews.
Traffic — how customers discover your business online across paid and organic channels. Includes: Google Local Service Ads, Google PPC Ads, Near Me SEO, SEO Performance, GEO Analysis, and Business Listings.
Follow Up — how quickly and effectively your business responds to incoming leads. Includes: Speed to Lead.
Each channel card shows a score, an impact summary, and a link to the full detail page. A score of 0 does not necessarily mean poor performance — it may simply mean there is no existing presence in that channel yet. A score of 100 represents optimal performance. The detail page for each channel explains the specific findings, what they mean for your business, and the projected uplift from addressing them.
Scores update automatically as the platform implements improvements and performance data accumulates. You cannot manually update scores. If a score appears incorrect, contact your account manager.
A score of 0 means your business is not currently active or visible in that channel. It represents an opportunity, not a failure. Completing the corresponding To-Do activates the team's work to establish your presence there.
Each low-scoring channel in the Analysis corresponds directly to a To-Do in your To-Do list. Completing a To-Do is what authorizes and enables the platform to begin improving that channel's score.
