This data is the foundation of your Growth Plan, your Gap Analysis scores, and all marketing content the team creates on your behalf. The Discovery summary is read-only — it shows the information the platform currently has on file for your business.
The Discovery Summary includes the following information about your business:
Goal — your stated monthly revenue target.
Services — all services and products your business offers.
Economics — your customer lifetime value and average ticket value.
Closing Rate — the percentage of leads that convert to paying customers.
Response — your call answer rate and typical response time for missed calls and form submissions.
Current Marketing — whether you have a CRM and any other existing marketing tools.
Service Area — your business address and the geographic area you serve.
Yes — Discovery information can be updated at any time by contacting your account manager. If any figures have changed — such as your closing rate, response times, or services offered — reach out so the information can be corrected. Accurate Discovery data ensures your Growth Plan projections remain relevant to your business.
